Prenatal Yoga
Pregnancy is a unique and transformative time in a woman’s life. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to continue your practice, this yoga class is designed to meet the evolving needs of your body. It helps build and maintain muscle tone, alleviates common pregnancy discomforts, and fosters a strong connection with your growing baby.
Classes are recommended starting from the 14th week of pregnancy.

Postnatal Yoga
Postnatal yoga is about honoring your after-birth body, tuning in with yourself and becoming aware of the power of your breath. This class will help you rebuild muscle tone in your pelvic floor and core, strengthen your body, and relieve postnatal discomforts like back and neck pain. Through specific breathing exercises, you will gain tools to calm your mind and facilitate relaxation and rest. Classes are suitable from 40 days after birth or after the green light from your doctor.
