Active Birth - HypnoBirthing® & Baby Massage

***ON-SITE IN F’HAIN AND ON-LINE -DAY&TIME&LANGUAGE CAN BE AGREED UPON***

A class completely dedicated to the birthing process to be shared with those who accompany the woman in labour. The workshop is mainly theoretical and lasts about 2 hours. The main contents are: basics from the Active Birth school and HypnoBirthing® method.

We will go through the three phases of childbirth with theoretical and practical advices for the mama-to-be and those who are accompanying during this magical and unique event. The focus will be on partnered postures and exercises performed in a circuit to be used during the different phases. At the studio, there will also be the opportunity to try out some props such as: fit-ball, birthing stool and rope.

The baby massage part is also offered separately. The different phases of this practice will be shown and explained, and there will be space for questions and answers. The baby massage workshop includes a recording with all contents, which will then be sent to the participants.
